Pre-Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
By placing a pre-order with AlienHead Sports, you agree to the following terms:
Before Shipping Begins
Pre-orders are processed as advance purchases reserved for future production and fulfillment. Pre-order cancellations and refunds will not be accepted before the product begins shipping.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided in good faith but may change because of production, supply, quality-control, or carrier delays.
Once Shipping Begins
When pre-order fulfillment begins, orders will be shipped in the order received. Customers will receive tracking information when their order is dispatched.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer must receive the order before submitting a return request.
Returns After Delivery
A return request may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery if:
The shipping box and product packaging remain unopened;
The paddle has not been used, tested, damaged, or altered; or
The return otherwise qualifies under the AlienHead Sports 30-Day Return & Refund Policy, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
All returns require prior authorization from AlienHead Sports. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the paddle arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an AlienHead Sports error.
Refund Processing
Returned products will be inspected after receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
AlienHead Sports reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet this policy or show evidence of use, damage, alteration, or opened packaging, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your pre-order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact AlienHead Sports promptly. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required. Once verified, AlienHead Sports will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return-shipping costs.
Requesting a Return
To request authorization, contact AlienHead Sports at support@alienheadsports.com with your name, order number, reason for the return, and supporting photographs when applicable. Do not ship the product until return instructions and authorization have been provided.
