When will the new paddles be available?

Although all six model paddles are already designed, two are in prototype stage and one (S-e9) will be ready for production in Oct '26.

Will these new Paddles be available online?

Yes, soon we will have all models available on our website, as well as in our partner's websites and locations

What are the price range for the new paddles?

Difficult to establish pricing at this stage, but keep in mind, these are not "cookie cutter" type paddles, they are extremely well engineered paddles built by hand and machines with the newest and most advanced components. Having said this, all six model paddles will be competitively priced.

Why are these paddles so different from the rest?

Our research on most current market paddles has shown room for improvements, so therefore giving us the means to improvements due to our engineering background. It has allowed us the path to improve these paddles in a much different approach in terms of components, shape, weight, size, along with our all new grip.

Will these paddles be USPA or PPA approved?

Accepted Answer

Initially, four of the six models will be sent to USPA for the certification process. However, we have no plans to have our paddles approved by PPA, for now. Although the designs and components used in our paddles are new and unique, we see no obstacles in the process with the Certification guidelines and requirements from USAPA.

If these paddles are so new and different, will I have to change the way I play?

Accepted Answer

According to the reviews acquired during the prototype testing periods, most players claimed that at first it felt funny in their hands and perhaps maybe even a bit weird, but most players adjusted in a few minutes of gameplay. The paddles are designed to exploit the natural dexterity as well as increase reaction and mobility of your wrist. Perfect balance and sweet spot strikes is key. Instinct+ reaction= result

Will you be manufacturing paddles only?

Yes. We are only focused on the paddles at this time. Keeping our focus on the paddles only, allows us to zero in on new and improved designs much faster and efficiently.

How many paddle models will you be offering?

Through our two year research, we have narrowed down six major styles of play, so therefore, at this point, no need for us to create more than the six models.

Where will AlienHead be manufacturing its paddles?

Although some materials are coming from different countries, most of the new materials we are using are made in the US. all of our paddles will be designed, engineered and manufactured here in Florida, US Capital of pickleball.  A promise we made, a promise we will keep.
